摘　　要：产业集群具有很强的竞争力,是推动创新的重要力量,产业集群生命周期具有阶段性特征,其阶段划分有四阶段分期和五阶段分期。对产业集群的研究主要集中于集群产生的因素、异质性和本地化学习对产业集群生命周期各阶段的影响,以及适应产业集群生命周期不同阶段特征政府需要采取的政策措施等方面。产业集群在我国迅速兴起,深入研究产业集群的生命周期理论具有现实意义。Industrial clusters are important force of innovation which have strong competency,the traits of cluster life cycles is stage.There are four stages and five stages in research on cluster life cycles.Studies on cluster life cycles are focused mainly on the factors of produce of cluster,the impact of heterogeneity and localized learning on various phases of the cluster life cycle and measures and policy should be taken by the government.In recent years,industrial cluster starts rapidly in our country,the research for the theory of cluster lifecycle has a quite important realistic meaning.
