摘　　要：本文系统地归纳了应用成本估价法评估房地产价格应注意的若干问题。具体分三种情况进行了阐述 :一是新建房地产下成本估价法应注意的问题 ;二是新开发土地下成本估价法应注意的问题 ;The paper systemtically surnmarize a number of problems needing attention when we appraise price of real estate in Cost Appraisal Method. Specificly expound these problems frome following three respect: First, The problems needing attention for newly develope real estate; Second, The problems needing attention for newly develope land; Third, The problems needing attention for used real estate.
