小麦品种不同生育期抗条锈性研究及鉴定

摘　　要：通过大田自然诱发对5个小麦品种成株期不同生育期进行抗条锈病鉴定研究,经方差分析和多重比较结果表明:不同品种的反应型和病情指数均表现为极显著(P<0.001);不同生育期反应型存在差异(P<0.05)。综合分析各品种不同生育期病情指数没有存在差异,对单个品种分析得出西科麦4号在不同生育期反应型无差异,其余4个品种反应型在不同生育期存在极显著性差异。抗性鉴定结果为西科麦4号免疫,绵麦40号和川育24号为中度抗病品种,川麦41和绵阳29表现为高度感病。A study on identifying the stripe rust - resistant capacity of 5 wheat cuhivars at different growth stages of adult plants was carried out by using natural induction under field condition. Via through the variance analysis and multiply com- parison, the result showed that both reaction type and disease index presented significant（ P 〈 0. 001 = differences） ; the re- action types of different cultivars in different growth development stages had differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no differ- ences among disease indexes of different cultivars in different development stages by comprehensive analysis. And the analy- sis on the reaction type of single variety showed that, Xike No. 4 was immune to strip rust, so its reaction type had no differ- ences in the different growth stages. However, the reaction types of the four other varieties had significantly differences in different development stages. The result of resistance identification showed that Xike No. 4 displayed the immunity to strip rust, Mianmai No. 40 and Chuanyu No. 24 were moderate resistant to strip rust, Chuanmai No. 4l and Mianyang No. 29 displayed a high sensitivity to strip rust.
