摘  要:目的对比分析胶体金免疫渗滤法和快速ELISA法定量检测D二聚体(D-Dimer,DD)探讨临床应用价值。方法分别用胶体金免疫渗滤法和快速ELISA法检测质控物及2011年12月—2012年10月在我院住院病人107份标本的DD含量,对比两种方法的重复性、稳定性、特异性和敏感性。结果快速ELISA法检测DD的重复性、稳定性、特异度、敏感度优于胶体金免疫渗滤法;两种方法测定结果的相关系数r=0.693,相关性不理想。结论胶体金免疫渗滤法和快速ELISA法检测DD均具有较高的重复性、稳定性、敏感性,二者特异性不高,两种方法相比较有各自特点,实验室可根据自身具体情况进行选择D二聚体检测方法。Objective To discuss methods and evaluate clinical application value of colloidal gold immune infiltration and rapid ELISA quantitative detection D-Dimer (DD) . Methods Quality controls and 107 specimens of patients in our hospital from December 2011 to October 2012 were detected by colloidal gold immune infiltration method and rapid ELISA meth- od, comparing the two kinds of method repeatability, stability, specificity and sensitivity. Results Repeatability, stability, specificity, sensitivity of the rapid ELISA method are better than that of colloidal gold immune infiltration method ; Two methds to determine the correlation coefficient r = O. 693, and the correlation is unsatisfactory. Conclusion Colloidal gold immune pen- etration method and rapid ELISA method have higher repeatability, stability, sensitivity except specificity. They have their own advantages, the laboratory characteristics according to their own specific conditions to choose detection method of D-Dime.
