注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗下肢慢性缺血性疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过与前列地尔注射液(凯时注射液)比较,了解丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗下肢慢性缺血性疾病的临床疗效。方法通过踝肱比(ABI)和彩超检测入选下肢慢性缺血性疾病患者,患者被随机分配到对照组(凯时注射液组)或研究组(丹参多酚酸盐注射液组)。静脉用药2周,比较两组药物对下肢缺血症状的改善效果并测定治疗后的ABI、第一足趾收缩压(TSBP)等。结果本研究证实丹参多酚酸盐注射液对下肢缺血症状的改善安全有效,治疗后ABI增加,疼痛及麻木症状有所改善(P<0.05)。与对照药物(凯时)相比,两组药物疗效相似(P>0.05)。结论丹参多酚酸盐注射液是治疗下肢慢性缺血性疾病的有效药物。Objective This research is to determine the therapeutic effect of Danshenduofensuan Yan injection in treat- ment of chronic lower limb ischemic disease, compared with Alprostadil Injection （kaishi injection） . Methods Chronic low- er limb ischemic patients are selected according to their symptoms and the ABI test and vessel ultrasound. Then they are random- ly divided into two groups treated with the two different kinds of injections separately for two weeks. After two weeks , we tested the ABI, TSBP and the clinic symptoms to observe the effectiveness of the test drug （Danshenduofensuan Yan injection） , com- pared with the controlled group. Results The test drug are w^ry effective for the patients, their limb ache and numbness nota- ble ameliorated accompanied with the raised ABI （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Its therapeutic effect is similar with the kaishi injection （P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusions We proved that the Danshenduofensuan Yan injection is safe and effective in treatment of chronic lower limb ischemic disease.
