摘　　要：目的分析某院中文论文发表趋势,为管理部门提供决策依据。方法以三个主要中文期刊全文数据库为数据源,机构为检索字段,某院名称为检索词,时间为2007-2011年,导出字段有题名、作者、出处和机构,再对数据进行处理分析。结果某院2007-2011年总共发表中文论文2565篇,其中在核心期刊发表1275篇,核心期刊发文率已超过50%,核心作者群体在增长,核心期刊发文率上升明显。结论通过制订相关的政策制度,对论文发表有一定的促进作用。Objective To analyze the trend of Chinese papers published in a hospital, providing data to management departments for decision making. Methods Data source included three major Chinese periodical full-text databases. Search fields were an institution including a hospital. Research period was from 2007 to 2011. Derived Field included title, author, pe- riodical, and institution. Data processing and analysis were taken finally. Results The hospital has published 2565 Chinese papers in 2007-2011, there are 1275 papers published in the core journals. The core journals rate has been more than 50%. Core author groups are in growth, core journals rate is increased significantly. Conclusion Hospital management departments will make further decision by our providing data to for papers publishing.
