健康教育路径在眼科住院患者跌倒防范中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索健康教育路径在眼科住院患者跌倒防范中的临床健康教育模式。方法将96例眼科住院患者随机分为实验组和对照组各48例,实验组采用临床健康教育路径模式,对眼科住院患者进行跌倒防范知识的健康教育指导;对照组采用传统的健康教育模式。将两组患者知识掌握程度、健康生活方式改变进行对比。结果两组患者在知识掌握程度、健康生活方式改变方面均有差异(P<0.01)。结论将健康教育路径运用于眼科住院患者在跌倒防范的健康教育模式,能提高眼科住院患者对防跌倒知识掌握程度、促进健康生活方式的改变,降低眼科住院患者的跌倒风险,提高患者对护士的满意度,在临床实践中切实可行。Objective To investigate the educational model of health education pathway in preventing falls in patients with ocular diseases in Department of Ophthalmology. Methods Ninety - six patients hospitalized in department of ophthal- mology were randomly divided into experimental group and control group （48 cases in each group） . Patients in experimental group were performed clinical health education pathway, while patients in control were performed the traditional health education pattern. The main measurements included the comparison of fall prevention knowledge and changes in healthy lifestyle between both groups. Results The two groups presented significant differences in the level of fall prevention knowledge and healthy lif- estyle changes （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions Health education pathway applied in department of ophthalmology can improve the understanding of fall prevention knowledge and reduce the risks of falls in patients hospitalized in department of ophthalmology. Moreover, the patients satisfaction to nurses was also improved which indicates health education pathway is feasi- ble in clinical practice.
