摘　　要：通过对某住宅楼工程总体观感、混凝土强度与碳化深度、砂浆强度与饱满度、钢筋保护层厚度及裂缝等项目进行司法鉴定,依据现场检测数据和相应检测验收标准做出具体的检测鉴定结论,为法院的判决提供相应依据。同时,结合该住宅楼司法鉴定结果提出建议处理办法,供相关部门处理类似问题时借鉴参考。By judicial appraisal of overall impression of project of a residential building, strength of concrete and carbonation depth, strength and filling degree of mortar, thickness of reinforcement cover, crack and other items, it gives specific test appraisal conclusion based on field test data and corresponding test acceptance standards, which provides basis for court decision. Besides, it puts forward suggested handling method combining with judicial appraisal result of this residential building, which provides reference for relevant departments to deal with similar problems.
