摘　　要：在百余年的发展历程中,住房的总量和不同类型房屋的比重发生了很多变化,还不断出现了很多新的类型和复杂的问题。文章从上海市房屋建筑分类的历史沿革,分析了目前上海居住房屋建筑类型分类及其特征。In the development history of over 100 years, a lot of changes have taken place in total quantity of houses and proportion of houses of different types, and many new types and complex problems arise constantly. Based on historical evolution of classification of residential buildings in Shanghai, this article analyzes classification of types of residential buildings in Shanghai and its characteristics.
