摘　　要：机座固定底板及水泥基座是固定式液压碎石机的重要组成部分,铜坑矿井下的固定式液压碎石机水泥基座经过两个月使用后,就易出现固定式液压碎石机机座固定螺栓松动和折断等现象;致使水泥基座更换频繁。通过改进机座固定底板及水泥基座的结构来达到延长水泥基座的使用周期,降低生产成本的目的,为铜坑矿获取更大的利润。The fixed base plate and cement base is an important part of the hydraulic in fixed-style gravel machine.In Tongkeng mine,the cement base of the fixed-style hydraulic gravel machine could easily lead to the phenomenon of Loose mounting bolts and broken after the use of two months.We must replacement cement base frequently.Through the improvement of the fixed base plate and cement base structure to prolong the using period of cement base,reduce production cost,obtain greater profits for Tongkeng mine.
