摘　　要：收入分配问题一直是社会关注的焦点之一。造成收入分配的不平等既有收入分配制度的原因,也有财产、税收、教育、医疗和社保等制度不健全的原因。收入分配问题的复杂性与综合性,解决的艰巨性与长期性,社会各界要充分认识。为此,不仅要完善收入分配制度,而且要进行财产税、金融、价格、行政等方面的改革;实施教育、医疗、社保等公共资源的公平分配,改革户籍、社会保障制度等,确保多方面改革产生协同效力。The issue of the distribution of income has been the focus of attention.Inequality in income distribution is the result of unfair income distribution as well as unhealthy system of property,taxation,education,health care and social security.The society should fully understand the complexity and comprehensiveness of this issue and the difficulty and time-consuming of solving this problem.The improvement of the income distribution system and the reform of property,taxation,finance,price and administration should be done,as well as the implementation of equitable distribution of education,health care,social security and other public resources,the reform of the household registration system,the improvement of social security system,so as to ensure a combined and synergistic effect.
