摘　　要：随着我国建筑业占社会固定资产投资的比重不断扩大,一些重大项目都以项目群的形式出现,建筑企业由此面临更多的机遇和挑战。在建筑企业竞争不断加剧的背景下,如何控制好项目群的成本并从竞争中脱颖而出成为当前建筑企业最关心的问题。以项目群的相关理论为基础,基于项目群成本控制的特殊性,从项目群的各个阶段入手,讨论了相关实施方法,最后建立了项目群成本控制框架。Along with the constant expansion of the proportion of construction industry in China＇s fixed asset investment, many major projects emerge in the shape of programme, and construction corporations are faced with opportunities as well as challenges. Under the background of increasing competition, how to control programme cost is becoming the issue of impor- tance. This essay expounds the definition of programme and the particularity of programme cost control, discusses solutions based on the whole life cycle theory, and finally builds a framework for the programme.
