摘  要:以二苯基硅二醇、羟基硅油、甲基三乙氧基硅烷和硼酸为原料,制备了不同Si、B量之比的聚硼硅氧烷;并用于透明聚碳酸酯(PC)的阻燃改性。考察了聚硼硅氧烷对PC透光率、氧指数及力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加质量分数为5%的聚硼硅氧烷即可有效提高PC的阻燃性,当聚硼硅烷中Si、B的量之比在3.5∶1左右时,PC的氧指数(LOI)能达到35.5%,比纯PC的氧指数提高9.5个百分点;而对PC的透明性、弯曲强度、冲击强度影响不大,拉伸强度则略有提高。The polyborosiloxanes with various Si/B ratios were synthesized with diphenyl silanediol, hy- droxy silicone oil, methyl triethoxysilane, and boric acid as raw materials. The light transmittance, oxygen in- dex, and mechanical properties of modified polyearbonate (PC) using polyborosiloxane as an additive were in- vestigated. The results showed that the polyborosiloxane with 5 % mass fraction could improve the flame redar- dancy of PC. When the ratio of Si and B in polyborosiloxane was 3.5: 1, LOI of PC could increase to 35.5% , 9.5% higher than that of pure PC. Meanwhile, it could increase tensile strength of PC without sacrificing its transparency, bending strength, and impact strength of PC.
