摘  要:为配合高炉原料结构调整,需将烧结矿中MgO含量从1.8%提高到2.65%,进行了白云石粉、轻烧白云石粉作烧结鎂质熔剂的铁前原料成本分析。从理论上分析,用白云石粉做烧结镁质熔剂提高烧结矿中MgO含量可降低铁前成本。生产试验表明:随着烧结矿中MgO含量的提高,烧结矿的转鼓强度下降、固体燃耗上升。在石钢目前的条件下,单纯用白云石粉满足铁前对MgO的需求并不经济。To coordinate with adjustment of raw material structure of blast furnace, the content of MgO in sin ter must be increased from I. 8 to 2.65 percent. It is analyzed the cost before iron making with dolomite powder or soft burning dolomite powder as sintering magnesia flux. It is considered it can reduce the cost in theory to use the former to increase the content of MgO in sinter. But it is showed from production that along with the content of MgO in sinter increased the drum strength of sinter drops and consumption of solid fuel in creased, so under the present condition of Shi Steel it is not economic to use only dolomite powder to increase the content of MgO in sinter.
