摘  要:分析了影响低硅含硫含铝含氮钢钢水可浇性差因素,针对钢种特性制定了工艺改进措施,使钢水的可浇性得到显著改善,单包浇钢在6炉以上,实现了多炉连拉,拉钢液面稳定,减少废钢在80%以上。t is analyzed the factors to affect casting ability of molten low - silicon 20MnCrS5 steel, the process - improving measures against the steel grade characteristics are made out, the casting ability got obvi- ously improved. With that it is realized that over 6 heats being casted with only one ladle and continuous casting for multi heats, molten steel level steady in casting, over 80% of scrap reduced.
