摘　　要：利用高频率超声波随机检测S48Φ60 mm成品钢材一定体积内的非金属夹杂物,能够迅速给出夹杂物的数量、分布、大小(回波高低、长度)、位置等信息,检测结果与金相法和能谱分析的结果一致;按照ASTM E588-2003标准评估该批次钢材的纯净度,以快速判定钢材的可用性。The quantity, distribution, size（ by height and length of echo）, position of non metal inclusion in certain volume of finished steels of S48 φ 60 mm can be quickly got with random high frequency ultrasonic testing, the result is in accordance with that of metallographic or energy spectrum analysis; the availability of this batch of steels can be quickly determined with evaluating the purity of it according to the standard of ASTM E588 2003.
