摘　　要：通过铁前有害元素平衡计算,找出了目前石钢高炉生产面临的主要有害元素问题。利用技术部铁前室开发的优化配矿程序软件优化配矿,根据原料结构特点合理调整烧结生产,加强烧结矿冶金性能试验跟踪。在保证烧结矿质量的前提下,铁水成本下降了16.9元/t。With the balance calculation of harmful elements before iron making it is found the main harmful elements for blast furnace of Shi Steel. Ore proportioning is optimized with optimizing ore proportioning soft ware developed by Before Iron Making Office of Technique Department, the sintering production is rea sonably adjusted according to the feature of raw material structure, the testing and tracing for metallurgical properties of sinter are strengthened. The cost of hot metal is reduced by 16.9 yuan/t under the premise of guaranteeing quality of sinter.
