摘 要:定义了啮合角函数 ,由此 ,建立了共轭齿廓方程 ,并导出齿廓曲率半径、齿廓弧长和滑动系数计算公式 ;提出了齿廓根切和啮合界限点的条件。啮合角函数决定了齿廓形状及其几何特性 ,无需坐标系间的旋转变换 ,可直接由啮合角函数求解共轭齿廓 ;无需先给定齿廓曲线 ,即可由啮合角函数系统地对齿廓几何特性进行分析。该共轭齿廓的直接求解及几何特性研究甚为简便。A Pressure Angle Function (PAF) was defined. A PAF- ba sed method for generating conjucate tooth profiles was developed. A conjugate in tegral equation was introduced. PAF must satisfy this equation to assure the con jugate action between two conjucate tooth profiles. PAF- based conditions for de termining the cusp of tooth profiles were presented. PAF- based conditions for i dentifying the conjugate limits of tooth profiles were also given. When a PAF is defined, the shape of generated tooth profiles and their geometric properties a re determined. Various types of tooth profiles can be generated systematically b y given different PAFs without rotational coordinates transformation, and the ge ometric properties of generated looth profiles can be also investigated mathemat ically and directly by a given PAF instead of the tooth profiles. Five types of conjucate tooth profiles are generated based on PAFs, and their geometric proper ties are also investigated. PAF may provide a logical and systematic method for gear design.
