摘　　要：利用啮合理论和现代计算技术 ,在理论分析及数值计算等方面取得共轭包络曲面成型技术的重要突破 ;并在理论分析及计算的基础上 ,借助专用机床、专用刀具和专用量仪实现了蜗杆和星轮的精密加工。On the basis of gearing theory and modern computing te chnology, some significant breakthroughs of Manufacturing Technology for envelop ing surfaces have been made in theoretical analyses and numerical calculations o f the worm compressor engagement pair. The high quality worms and gaterotors can be produced by special machine tools, cutting tools and measure instruments acc ording to the theoretical analyses and numerical calculations.
