体育举国体制的辨析与未来走向

摘　　要：举国体制已经越来越成为国人的热议话题,有褒有贬,莫衷一是。通过对举国体制的形成、历史功绩与主要问题进行理性的辨析,明确了举国体制的未来走向:走出观念误区,创新制度设计,构建政府支持、市场主导的社会化竞技体育运行体系,积极发展职业竞技运动,提高运动员的大学生比例,从根本上解决运动员的出路问题,使竞技体育与大众体育得到真正的协调发展。The nationwide system has ever increasingly become a controversial hot topic debated by Chinese people.By rationally analyzing the formation and historical merits of and major problems existing in the nationwide system,the author clarified the future development of the nationwide system： correct concept misunderstandings;innovate system design;build a government supported,market guided socialized sport running system;actively develop professional competitive sports;increase the proportion of college students in athletes;fundamentally resolve the problem of re-employment after retirement of athletes;realize the truly harmonious development of competitive sports and mass sports.
