摘　　要：足球赌球是一项具有严重社会危害的行为,尤其是其会引发一系列的足球违法犯罪行为。当前,足球运动员、裁判员、足球官员、足协管理人员等赌球行为,并不能视为刑法上的犯罪行为,司法反赌因此而受到限制。该部分主体赌球的严重危害性,决定了其入刑的必要性;从刑法自身完善的角度来考虑,有必要将赌球纳入刑法规制的范围。球员等赌球入刑不仅可以严密法网,而且对预防足球赌球以及与足球赌球有关的违法犯罪行为,甚至其他体育事业的赌博行为都具有积极意义。Football gambling is an act seriously hazardous to the society,especially,it will trigger a series of football related illegal and criminal acts.Currently,the football gambling act of football players,referees,football officers and football association administrators etc cannot be deemed as a criminal act in terms of the criminal law,therefore,judicial anti-gambling is limited.The serious hazardousness of the football gambling of such parties has decided the necessity of its criminalization;from the perspective of the perfection of the criminal law itself,it is considered necessary to include football gambling in the range of criminal law regulations.The criminalization of the gambling of football players etc can not only reinforce the legal system,but also play an active role in preventing football gambling and football gambling related illegal and criminal acts and even the gambling act of other sports undertakings.
