摘 要:讨论了废旧产品回收的各种方案和回收过程 ,提出了产品回收的混合整数规划模型 ,模型的目标是最大化产品回收过程的净利润。在模型中考虑了产品回收处、加工工厂、回收方案的选择。该模型具有很强的通用性。Product recovery is one of important contents of green manufacturing. It offers several options to handle products after consumers use, such as reuse, repair, refurbishing, remanufacturing, cannibalization and recycling. Because of the differences between cost and revenue of options,one must analyze and evaluate alternatives in order to get optimal profit. In this paper,alternatives and processes of recovery of used product are discussed.A mixed integer programming model for general product recovery is developed. Objective of the model is to maximize net profit in the process of product recovery.Selections of collection sites, processing factories, processing alternatives in the model are also considered. Hence, the model proposed in this paper is general enough to incorporate a wide range of product recovery.
