摘 要:目的:研究咖啡酸苯乙酯衍生物对CCl4诱导的小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用.方法:选取50只雄性昆明小鼠,随机分为5组:空白对照组,模型对照组,咖啡酸苯乙酯衍生物高、中、低剂量实验组.饲养15d后,正常组腹腔注射橄榄油溶液,其余各组腹腔注射0.15%CCl4橄榄油溶液(0.01mL/g).24h后采血,检测血清AST,ALT水平.处死小鼠,制备肝组织匀浆测定SOD、MDA的质量分数.结果:咖啡酸苯乙酯衍生物组均可显著降低CCl4所致急性肝损伤小鼠血清AST和ALT活性及肝组织MDA质量分数(p<0.05),提高肝组织SOD质量分数(p<0.05).结论:咖啡酸苯乙酯衍生物-咖啡酸对硝基苯乙酯对CCl4所致急性肝损伤有一定的保护作用.To study the protective effect of caffeic acid phenethyl ester derivatives on experimental liver injury in mice induced by CCl4,50 male mice have been randomly divided into five groups: Normal control group,model control group,Caffeic acid phenethyl ester derivatives,high,middle,low doses of the experimental group.Reared for 15 days,the normal group has been intraperitoneally injected olive oil solution,and the remainder of each group intraperitoneally injected with 0.15% CCl4-olive solution(0.1 mL/10 g),after 24 hours the blood collection,Detect the serum AST and ALT levels.The mice have been killed,and determination the SOD,MDA content.The result is that Caffeic acid phenethyl ester derivatives group can significantly reduce CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice serum AST and ALT activity and liver MDA content(p0.05),liver tissue SOD content(p0.05).It is concluded that Caffeic acid phenethyl ester derivatives-caffeic acid ethyl p-nitrophenyl a protective effect on CCl4-induced acute liver injury.
