摘　　要：为增强纺织服装企业对产品质量安全的保证能力,提高企业应对各类检验赢得订单的能力,增强检验检疫监管工作效能,通过对监管要素综合分析整理,尝试运用风险评估的方法对各要素的风险等级进行定性分析,初步建立起科学有效的纺织服装企业监管体系。并通过对该体系进行风险管理,提高检验监管工作的科学性和持续性。To improve the product quality and safety guarantee ability of textile and garment enterprises and their capability of coping with various inspections and winning orders and strengthen quarantine and inspection supervision task performance,this paper comprehensively analyzes and organizes supervision factors,attempts to use the method of risk assessment to conduct qualitative analysis on risk grade of various factors and preliminarily establish a scientific and effective textile and garment enterprise supervision system,and improve the scientificalness and sustainability of inspection supervision work through risk management on this system.
