摘 要: 用三种汽车、拖拉机典型零构件,通过模拟其服役载荷的随机疲劳试验,对Miner法则、修正Miner法则、Man-son的双线性损伤理论和Corten-Dolan损伤理论的寿命估算精度进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,这4种常用累积损伤理论对这三种零构件的寿命估算都是可用的,而以Corten-Dolan损伤理论的寿命估算精度最高。因此,推荐使用Corten-Dolan损伤理论进行汽车、拖拉机零构件的寿命估算。本文还对Corten-Dolan损伤理论的幂数d和修正Miner法则的常数a进行了探讨。The life prediction accuracy of Miner's rule, modified Miner's rule, Manson's double linear damage theory and Corten-Dolan damage theory are discussed. The study is based upon the random fatigue tests by simulating the service loads with for typical automotive and tractor structure elements. The results of this study show that the three generally used damage accumulation theories are all convenient to the life predictions for the four structure elements and the predicated accuracy by Corten-Dolan damage theory is the highest. Therefore, the Corten-Dolan damage theory is recommended for the fatigue life predictions of automotive and tractor structure elements.
