摘  要:使用铝合金LC4CS和高强钢30CrMnSiNi2A作为模拟疲劳试验件,在大气腐蚀环境中长期放置1~15年后做疲劳试验,取得不同日历时间下的疲劳特性数据。本文给出0、1、2年的疲劳S——N数据,并采用极大似然原理测定出P—S—N曲线。结果表明,大气环境腐蚀后材料的疲劳寿命下降与日历时间有关。这些曲线是确定受腐蚀金属机件或构件疲劳日历寿命的依据。A 20-year-program to study the fatigue calendar life of airframe materials has been carrying on. This paper Presents a part of the two-year-research-result result. Fatigue tests are conducted for specimens of LC4CS aluminum alloy and 30CrMnSiNi2A steel precorroded in atmospheric environment for two years. The fatigue S-N data at given calendar bine of O-year, l-year and 2-year are obtained and P-S-N curves are estimated by maximum likelihood method. The result shows that: l) at the same stress level, the value of fatigue life decreases with the calendar bine, and the deviation increases with the cafeds bine; 2) compared with the O-year S-N curve, the deduction of fatigue life at low stress level is more than that of at high stress level.These data and curves are the has for predicting fatigue calendar life of structure elements in service in atmospheric corrosion environment.
