摘  要:迅猛疾速、起跳有力的踺子小翻技术是自由体操运动员发展难度的基础。文章以江苏省体操队的二、三线运动员为实验对象,运用文献资料法、影像解析法、访谈法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法对踺子小翻技术进行了分析研究。其结果有:(1)踺子小翻具有三个功能:一是传承、利用并再生水平速度;二是改变人体运动方向;三是形成高效的击打式起跳;在踺子小翻动作中,肩关节角度的大小直接影响着后续动作的发挥,即重心的距离和踝角的角度大小。由于踝角是最后入板与离板时的角度大小难以影响到前面的动作技术,因此显著性不明显;(2)正确的小翻踺子技术是对常见技术问题"先转180°"、"扬手抬臂、提腰掼腿"的深层改造;是对常见技术问题"大开弓慢反弓"、"以拉伸方式形成顶压性起跳"的深层改造;正确的踺子小翻技术使运动员腕、踝等关节处于最佳受力与发力的工作条件中,因而有效避免了相关关节的损伤。A swift and powerful take-off is the foundation for gymnasts to boost the difficulties. With the second and third tier athletes in Jiangsu gymnastics team as the re- search subjects, the article employs such research methods as literature search, image analysis, interviews, mathematical statistics and logical analysis in analyzing the Tumbling Round-off Flip-flop Technique. Conclusions are as follows: (1) the Tumbling Round-off Flic-flac Technique has three functions : First, it inherits, uses and regenerates the horizontal velocity; Second, it can change the direction of the movement of the body; Third, it is a key element in forming a cost-effective, high-im- pact jump. During the Tumbling Round-off Flic-flac, the size of the shoulder angle has a direct impact on the fol- low-up action of the play which is the size of the focus distance and the ankle angle. As the ankle angle does not bear on the previous movements, the significance is not obvious ; (2) The correct Tumbling Round-off Flic-flac is a deep reform of some traditional techniques; Correct use of the tumbling Round-off Flic-flac Technique may enable athletes' wrists, ankles and other joints to work with optimal forces, thus effectively preventing related joint injurigs.
