摘　　要："Choking"在医学上的含义是窒息、阻碍,运动心理学指的是压力下的习惯运动过程受阻、技术发生衰变的现象,运动竞赛中表现为比赛关键时刻运动员先赢后输、最终失去冠军的现象。本文主要是研究中国女排在2011年世界杯中的关键场次中先赢后输的现象,找出发生的原因,为女排在今后的比赛中作出相应的对策。Choking in medicine means asphyxia or obstruction of the flow of air, whereas in exercise psychology it is used to refer to＇ performance decrements under pres- sure circumstances＇, which leads an athlete or a team to squander a big lead and finally lose the match. This paper looks at those matches at the 2011 World Cup that China Women＇s Volleyball Team lost after blowing off their lead. The purpose is to find out the causes of choking and provide valuable suggestions.
