培育新型农民 推动老区新农村文化发展  

On cultivation of new type farmers and promotion of new countryside culture development in old revolutionary base areas

摘　　要：培育逐步适应现代社会发展要求的新型农民,提高农民整体的科学文化素质,建设一支庞大的新农村建设的主力军、生力军,为构建和谐社会奠定坚实的群众基础,创造良好的社会环境,是破解新农村建设的关键。以革命老区新县为例,分析当前农民素质的具体表现,并提出了提高农民素质、培育新型农民的具体措施。Solid mass foundation for the construction of harmonious society and the creation of a good social environment are the keys of constructing new countryside and are obtained by the following measures：Firstly, to cultivate new type famers who gradually meet the needs of the development of modem society, secondly, to enhance the farmers＇ overall sci- entific and cultural qualities, finally, to build a enormous main force as well as fresh force for constructing new country- side. This paper takes Xin County - an old revolutionary base area, as an example, analyzes manifestation of the quali- ties of present farmers and puts forward some concrete measures on improving farmers＇ quality and euhivating new type farmers.
