摘  要:目的了解鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布特点及其对常用抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对某院2010年9月—2011年9月检出的291株鲍曼不动杆菌采用纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,并对结果进行统计分析。结果 291株鲍曼不动杆菌主要分离自痰液(139株,47.77%)及创伤分泌物(138株,47.42%);病区分布集中在烧伤科(54.64%)、干部病房(8.25%)、神经外科(7.22%)和ICU(6.53%);291株鲍曼不动杆菌对头孢哌酮钠-舒巴坦钠敏感性较高,对其他抗菌药物尤其是第3、4代头孢菌素耐药严重。结论鲍曼不动杆菌已成为医院感染的重要致病菌,已出现多重耐药,故应加强对其耐药性的监测。Objective To learn clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter haumanii (Ab) in order to provide reference for clinical rational use of antibacterials. Methods The drug sensitivity of 291 strains of Ab during September 2010 and September 2011 in a hospital were tested by disk diffusion method, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The 291 strains of Ab were isolated from sputum ( 139 strains, 47.77% ) and tresis vulnus excreta ( 138 strains, 47. 42% ) ; clinical distributions were department of burn (54. 64% ), cadre wards (8.25%), department of neurosurgery (7.22%) and ICU (6.53%) ; the highest rate of drug sensitivity of 291 strains of Ab was Cefoperazone Sodium-sulbactam sodium, and the Ab to other antibacterials had drug resistance especially the third and fourth generation cephalosporins. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii has become an important pathogen of nosocomial infections with muhidrug resistant, so the monitoring of Ab drug resistance should be strengthened.
