摘  要:目的观察临床护理路径在支气管哮喘患者健康教育中的实施效果。方法将解放军总医院呼吸科2012年2—10月收治的60例支气管哮喘随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组按临床路径、对照组按传统方法分别进行健康教育。比较两组住院时间、健康知识掌握率及满意度。结果与对照组比较,实验组住院时间短(P<0.05),健康知识掌握率及满意度合格率高(P<0.05)。结论在支气管哮喘患者的健康教育中运用临床护理路径,可提高健康教育效果及护士的综合能力,改善护患关系。Objective To observe effect of clinical nursing pathway in health education of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 60 patients with bronchial asthma in our department from 2012 February to October were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. Patients in therapy group were given clinical nursing pathway, while patients in control group received traditional health education respectively. Lengths of stay, grasping rates of health knowledge and satisfaction rates of the two groups were compared. Results Lengths of stay in therapy group was shorter than that in control group (P 〈 0.05) , and grasping rate of health knowledge, satisfaction rate and qualification rate in therapy group were significantly higher than those in control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway in health education of patients with bronchial asthma may improve the quality of health education, nurses' ability and nurse- patient relationship.
