犬猫肿瘤的细胞学与组织病理学联合诊断研究

摘　　要：为研究犬猫肿瘤的发病特征和组织学特征,对临床疑似肿瘤病例进行细胞学和组织病理学检查。从171例样本中诊断肿瘤137例,其中犬的肿瘤131例,猫的肿瘤6例;良性肿瘤78例,恶性肿瘤59例;皮肤肿瘤88例,是最常见的肿瘤发生部位,其次是消化系统和泌尿生殖系统。同时评价了细胞学检查的准确性和应用价值,细胞学和组织病理学检查相结合是犬猫肿瘤诊断的必要程序。In order to study the Disease features and Histologic features of tumors of dogs and cats, the inspection of cytology and histopathology was done by clinical suspected tumors case. From 171 specimens, 137 were tumors, and 131 cases from dogs and 6 cases from cats; including 78 benign and 59 malignant tumors; including 88 skin tumors. Skin was the common position that tumors form, the next position were digestive system and urogenital system. At the same time, the accuracy and application value of cytology inspection were evaluated, it was the necessary procedures of tumors diagnosis of dogs and ~s that cytology and histopathologic inspection were combined.
