摘　　要：文章对西藏民族传统体育作了本体分析,认为西藏民族传统体育有其深厚的藏民族文化内涵,是在藏民族中传承的文化现象,但随着经济全球化和现代竞技体育在西藏的普及,具有原生"活态"性质的传统体育不少项目面也临失传的境地,对如何保护传承非物质文化遗产西藏民族传统体育提出了相应的建议。Economic globalization and the popularization of modern competitive sports have threatened the existence of many traditional ethnic sports in Tibet.After an analysis on their identity,this article claims that Tibet ethnic sports are one of the profound components of Tibet ethnic culture and the inheritance of them should be treated as an important cultural phenomenon.It then sets forward some suggestions on how to improve the preservation and inheritance of traditional ethnic sports in Tibet.
