大鼠眼针八区十三穴分区定位和刺法标准化研究

摘　　要：目的:通过比较大鼠和人体眼周局部解剖结构的特点,以及观察大鼠眼周穴区皮肤导电量的规律,建立大鼠眼针分区定穴方法和针刺操作标准操作规程。方法:采用局部解剖学方法,观察比较大鼠和人体眼周的主要神经和肌肉的走行情况;采用穴位定位仪测定大鼠眼周穴区的皮肤导电量,确定大鼠眼周针刺的部位。结果:和人体眼周局部解剖结构比较,大鼠眼周主要肌肉走行和眼部肌肉的神经支配一致;大鼠眼周八区内,只有眶骨上缘位置测定到电流值,而眶骨上缘内2mm和眶骨上缘外2mm没有检测到电流,电流值为0。结论:与人体比较大鼠眼周主要肌肉走行和眼部肌肉的神经支配一致,可以参照人体眼针分区定穴方法进行大鼠眼针的分区定穴;并确定在大鼠眼周眼眶眶缘上具有眼针穴区带的存在,在针刺操作时选取该穴区带部位进行针刺。Objective： To design rat eye-acupuncture region-dividing acupoint location program and standard operatingprocedures for acupuncture methodology by comparing local characteristics in anatomical structures of rat and human eyes, and observing the electric conductance of acupuncture skin zones around the eyes. Methods： Spatial muscle structure and nerve branching around the eyes of the human being and rat model were viewed and compared by regional anatomy; electric conductance of acupuncture skin zones around the rat eyes was mesured by acupuncture point locator in order to identify needling location around the rat eye. Results： Compared with the local anatomical structure of the human eye, periocular structure of rats were consistent; within the eight regions that encircle the rat eye, the conductivity could only be detected on the supraorbital tim; neither at 2ram above nor under the supraorbital rim could conductivity be detected and the current value was 0. Conclusion： Line of key muscles and its innervation were consistent around the rat eye compared with those of human body, and human eye- acupuncture region-dividing acupoiut location could be used as a reference when applying this method in rat model; and to give definite evidence for existence of periocular zone on the supraorbital rim on which to insert a needle when in pratices.
