艾滋病抗病毒药物不良反应患者非贫血性疲乏分析

摘　　要：目的:分析服用艾滋病抗病毒药物不良反应患者非贫血性疲乏症发生的相关因素,为采取相应措施提供依据。方法:采用病例回顾的研究方法,以国家"十一五"传染病重大专项课题病例资料为来源,纳入抗病毒药物不良反应非贫血性患者,分析其疲乏与非疲乏患者实验室指标白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白含量(Hb)和CD4+、CD+8T淋巴细胞计数差异及疲乏与常见症状的相关性。结果:疲乏组与非疲乏组RBC、WBC、Hb和CD4+、CD+8T淋巴细胞计数没有差异。疲乏的发生与食欲不振、腹胀、自汗/盗汗、头晕、口味异常、不寐、腰膝无力和胸闷的发生有相关性。结论:抗病毒药物不良反应非贫血性疲乏患者中以脾胃为主及与心肾功能失调产生的相关症状最为常见。Objective： By analyzing the impaction factors of non-anemic fatigue among AIDS patients with ARV adverse reactions, this paper supported evidence of corresponding medical treatment. Methods： Reviewing all the medical records based on data of cases of illness from the key subject of communicable disease during the eleventh five-year plan period, this paper investigated and analysed the differences and relativities of laboratory reports （WBC, RBC, HB, CD4, CD^T） between the fatigued and non-fatigued patients. Results： There was no difference between both groups on the laboratory inspection results. But fatigue related to symptoms of anepithymia, abdominal distention, night sweat, dizziness, halitosis, insomnia, weak in loin and legs, and chest distress. Conclusion： The fatigue symptom of non-anemic AIDS patients with ARV adverse reactions had close relationship with splenico-gastric disease and cardiorenal disease.
