天舒胶囊对无先兆偏头痛青年患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察天舒胶囊对无先兆偏头痛青年患者生活质量的影响及可能的作用机制。方法:将60例无先兆偏头痛青年患者随机分为两组,对照组30例予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,治疗组30例在对照组的基础上加天舒胶囊治疗。分析两组疗效和治疗前后头痛指数及生活质量变化。结果:治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率83.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后头痛指数与本组治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后头痛指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后SF-36量表各维度评分与本组治疗前比较均明显提高(P<0.05),且与对照组治疗后相比,治疗组各维度的生活质量分数更高(P<0.05)。治疗组头痛评分与各维度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:天舒胶囊能提高无先兆偏头痛青年患者的生活质量,其作用机制可能与解除或缓解头痛、改善临床症状有关。Objective： To observe the effect and possible mechanism of Tianshu Capsule on quality of life （QOL） in young patients with migraine without aura. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the control group received flunarizine hydrochlodde capsules. 30 patients in the treatment group received Tianshu Capsules and treatment of the control group. Headache index, and QOL changes before and after treatment were analyzed. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group （90.0%） was higher than that in the control group （83.3%） （P〈0.05）. Headache index after treatment was decreased compared with that before treatment in two groups （P〈0.05）. The treatment group decreased more significantly （P〈0.05）. All dimensions of SF- 36 after treatment were significantly improved compared with that before treatment in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. The score of QOL of treatment group was higher than that of control group on each dimension （P〈0.05）. Headache index showed a negative correlation with each dimension （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tiansbu Capsule could improve the QOL in young patients with migraine without aura. The mechanism might be related to lift or ease the headache and improve the clinical symptoms.
