摘　　要：文章系统总结了黄春林教授调脾法的学术思想,分为3个部分:①脾、肾在生理上相互联系,在病理上相互影响的理论基础,总结为3个方面,后天滋养先天,共同主宰水液代谢,气机升降与阴阳平衡;②从脾肾的先后天关系着手,创制调脾七法,即益气升阳、益胃养阴、行气化湿、清热利湿、温阳化浊、开胃消食、通腑降浊,详细阐述了七法应用的病机、证候和方药,并结合现代医学分析了其应用的基础;③通过一个典型病例介绍调脾护肾法在慢性肾脏病中的具体应用。The paper summarized professor HUANG Chun-lin＇s academic thoughts of regulating spleen and nourishing kidney, which was divided into 3 parts： ①The theory of spleen and kidney contacting with each other physically and influencing with each other pathologically; ②The principle and characteristics of application the method of regulating spleen and nourishing kidney; the specific application of the method of regulating spleen and nourishing kidney in patients with chronic kidney disease （CKD）; ③Introdueing the specific application of regulating spleen and nourishing kidney in CKD through a typical case report.
