摘　　要：杜雨茂教授为我国中医肾病大家,在治疗慢性肾衰竭用药方面有其深刻见解,文章主要从杜雨茂教授临证治疗肾衰用药的原则和方法上进行阐述。杜老精研《伤寒论》,临证以经方为主,继承发扬经方之妙,师古不泥古,独创背反协同治疗原则,疗疾重脾胃,临床疗效显著。Professor DU Yu-mao is a famous TCM physician of nephropathy in China, who has own insights to use herbal on treating chronic renal failure. This article elaborated on the principles and methods of clinical treatment of renal failure medication from professor DU Yu-mao. Professor DU has studied Treatise on Febrile Diseases for several decades, treated diseases based on classical formula, inherited and developed the application of prescriptions, imitated but not constricted by ancestor, created the principle of ＇contrary and harmonious＇ and paid more attention on spleen and stomach, which was proved in clinic.
