摘　　要：中医药治疗糖尿病肾病已显示出明显的优势,中医辨证施治,加减灵活,副作用小,安全性高,适合于长期应用,文章是在叶传蕙教授的精心指导下,对叶传蕙教授用中医药治疗糖尿病肾病蛋白尿学术思想和临证经验进行观察、整理、总结,运用中医药理论对糖尿病肾病蛋白尿的理、法、方、药进行深入探讨。叶传蕙教授长期从事糖尿病肾病的临床和实验研究,对其辨证论治有独到见解经验,笔者有幸跟随叶传蕙教授临证多年,精心总结了叶传蕙教授治疗糖尿病肾病的辨证要点和处方用药经验,供同道参考。TCM in treatment of diabetic nephropathy already showed obvious advantages, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, adding and subtracting drugs flexible and side effects less, high safety, long-term use suitable. We observed, organized and summarized the academic theory and clinical experience of professor YE Chuan-hui treating diabetic nephropathy with TCM and formed the thesis guided by professor YE. We discussed the theory, principle, formula and herbs deeply of proteinuria. Professor YE Chuan-hui had engaged in clinical and experimental research of diabetic nephropathy several decades, who had special viewpoints on syndrome differentiation and treatment. The author has been lucky to follow professor YE for many years, summarized his treatment of diabetic nephropathy carefully and introduced prescription medication experiences, and provided reference for the fellow.
