摘　　要：目的:观察丹参注射液对急性脊髓损伤(S C I)大鼠的脊髓灰质突触相关蛋白突触体素(synaptophysin)、突触素(synapsin)的作用,并探讨其机制。方法:将144只SD雄性大鼠制作成SCI模型,随机分为观察组、对照组及SCI组,其中观察组给予丹参注射液,对照组给予甲基强的松龙,SCI组不予干预,运用原位杂交技术,观察伤后1d、3d、7d和14d脊髓灰质synaptophysin和synapsin变化。结果:观察组在伤后1d、3d,脊髓灰质synaptophysin和synapsin吸光度值与对照组和SCI组比较无显著性差异,在伤后7d、14d高于SCI组(P<0.01),与对照组比较无显著性差异。结论:丹参可以减轻SCI继发性损伤,是SCI早期理想的治疗药物。Objective： To observe the effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on synaptophysin and synapsin of acute spinal cord injury in the gray matter of rats and discuss its mechanism. Methods： 144 male SD rats were made SCI models and randomly divided into three groups including the observation group, control group and SCI group. The observation group was treated with Salvia miltiorrhiza injection. The control group was treated with methylprednisolone. SCI group was treated with nothing. Changes of synaptophysin and synapsin were observed on the first day, the third day, the 7th day and the 14th day after SCI. Results： There was no significant difference on the density of synaptophysin immunoreactivity and synapsin immunoreactivity in the gray matter in the observation group, control group and SCI group on the first day and the third day after SCI. And There was no significant difference on on the 7th day and thel4th day after SCI in the observation group and control group. But compared with SCI group, the observation group significantly increased on the 7th day and the 14th day （P〈0.01）, but there was no significant difference compred with the control group. Conclusion： Salvia Miltiorrhiza could reduce the insecondary injury of SCI, which was the effective medicine in early stage of SCI.
