两种方法检测户尘螨过敏原特异性IgE的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨国产试剂盒与瑞典Parmacia CAP过敏原检测系统测定人血清中的户尘螨过敏原特异性抗体IgE是否存在差异。方法:以300例临床怀疑为过敏性疾病患者的血清为研究样本,每份血清同时用国产试剂盒和瑞典Parmacia CAP过敏原检测系统来测定户尘螨过敏原特异性抗体IgE,并进行比较。结果:两种方法的阳性符合率、阴性符合率、总符合率分别为95.8%、98.1%、97.0%。结论:两种方法的一致性高,国产的户尘螨过敏原特异性抗体IgE检测试剂盒(酶联免疫法)成本低,可替代价格昂贵的进口试剂。Objective： To identify whether there was a difference between a domestic product and Swedish Pharmacia Uni-CAP System to detect Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus specific IgE. Methods： The dermatophagoides pteronyssinus specific IgE in sera of 300 suspected allergic disease patients were detected synchronously with a domestic product and Pharmacia Uni- CAP System. Results： Between the two detective methods, the positive coincidence rate was 95.8%, the negative coincidence rate was 98.1%, and the total coincidence rate was 97.0%. Conclusion： There was a high coherence between the two methods. And the domestic product which was much cheaper than Swedish Pharmacia Uni-CAP System, could institute the expensive imported products.
