摘  要:目的:观察百合地黄汤对小鼠孤养加慢性温和不可预知应激(CUMS)抑郁症模型的影响。方法:以孤养加慢性温和不可预知应激所致抑郁症小鼠为模型,灌服百合地黄汤21d,观察体质量变化,以化学发光酶免疫法(CLEIA)检测血清皮质醇(CORT)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)浓度。结果:正常对照组体质量增加较其他组明显,模型组体质量增加缓慢,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明CUMS加孤养可使小鼠体质量下降;与模型组比较,百合地黄汤高剂量组、阿米替林组能显著对抗抑郁刺激,使小鼠体质量增长(P<0.05)。模型组血清CORT、ACTH水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);与模型组比较,百合地黄汤高、低剂量组能明显降低小鼠血清中CORT、ACTH的浓度(P<0.05)。结论:百合地黄汤有很好的抗抑郁作用,其机制可能与调节下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA轴)功能紊乱有关。Objective: To observe the effect of Baihe Dihuang Decoction on the depression model mice which were made by the method of isolated raising and chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS). Methods: The depression model mice were made by isolated raising and chronic unpredictable mild stress, drenching the Baihe Dihuang Decoction in 21 consecutive days, to observe weight chang, and test the content of CORT and ACTH in plasma by means of chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay (CLEIA). Results: The normal control group obviously gained higher weight than those in other groups. Weight gained in model group was slowly compared with the normal control group, and it had statistical significance (P〈0.01), which indicated that CUMS with single occupation could decrease the mice's weight. Compared with the model group, Bathe Dihuang Decoction high dose group and amitriptyline group could obviously prevent the stimulation of depression and increase mice's weight (P〈0.05). The level of plasma CORT and ACTH of mice in the model group was higher than the normal control group (P〈0.01). Compared with the model group, Bathe Dihuang Decotion high dose group and low dose group could decrease the plasma CORT and ACTH (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Bathe Dihuang Decoction could decrease the plasma CORT and ACTH. It indicated that Bathe Dihuang Decoction had a rather good anti-depression effect, which might relate to adjusting the functional disorder of HPA axis.
