摘　　要：近年来，随着社会经济的发展、技术手段的不断进步，新型犯罪手段层出不穷，犯罪分子的反侦查意识不断加强．反侦查手段也更加趋于智能化。面对犯罪分子反侦查手段的挑战，对反侦查行为的表现及防范对策进行研究。能够有效的指导侦查人员的侦查行为，提高破案的数量和质量。Recently, with the development and progress of economy and technology, new criminal means have emerged endlessly. Criminals have not only raised their awareness of anti-detection but also improved measures against detection. Facing the present challenges, this paper is designed to investigate behaviors and countermeasures of anti-detection so as to offer detections effective instructions and improve both the quality and quantity of cracking a criminal case.
