摘　　要：部分司法工作者在司法实践中已经接受了公关机制。他们认识到了公关性质的措施能够解决司法危机,协调公众舆论与司法的冲突。由于社会偏见和对公关机制的认识不够全面,司法系统并未全面、系统地提出公关机制建设。要把公关机制引入司法领域,必须从转变观念、加大人力物力支持和整合相关职能等多方面采取措施。In the judicial practice, some of the judicial workers have accepted the public relations mechanism. They believed that the public relations solve the judicial crisis, and coordinate the conflict between the public opinion and the judicial. However, because of social prejudices and their own misunderstanding of public relations mechanism, the judicial system has not put forward a comprehensive and systematic public relations mechanism. Therefore, in order to introduce the public relations mechanism into the judicial field, we must shift from old ideas, and integrate relevant aspects to give it comprehensive support.
