摘　　要：目的探讨转化生长因子-β1基因(TGF-β1mRNA)表达作为人体椎间盘退变诊断新指标的价值。方法采集创伤患者与椎间盘退变患者静脉血与手术切除组织,应用ELISA、HE染色、免疫印迹和RT-PCR等方法进行测定。结果血液与组织中TGF-β1mRNA的表达基本一致。在创伤组血液与组织中TGF-β1mRNA呈低表达;在退变组血液与组织中TGF-β1mRNA呈高表达,其表达量与病变程度成正比;退变组与创伤组比较具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 TGF-β1mRNA表达可作为人体椎间盘退变诊断的新指标。Objective To discuss the value of TGF-β1mRNA as the diagnostic marker for intervertebral disc degeneration （IDD）. Methods The controls （tauma patients） and the IDD patient＇s plasma and tissue were collected and studed by ELISA, HE staining, immunoblotting and RT-PCR. Results Expression conformity of TGF-β1 in plasma were accordance with that in tissue. TGF-β1 expression of both plasma and tissue in controls （tauma patients） was lower, while in the lesion of IDD patients was higher, and was related to lesion degree there had patency difference between both groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The TGF-β1 could be as a new diagnosis marker of degenrative intervertebral disc.
