摘　　要：目的了解病区冰箱不同时间、不同采集点的温度变化,为规范病区药品储存、确保药品安全提供参考。方法随机从4个病区抽取4台冰箱进行研究,测量冰箱冷藏室不同时间点(8:00、11:00、14:00、17:00、20:00)、不同采集点(三层搁架各层的右前、中部、左后、右后、左前点及门内侧点)的温度并记录。结果同型号不同冰箱同采集点,同一冰箱同采集点不同时间、不同层相同采集点及同层不同采集点温度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论冰箱温度受病区环境和时间的影响,且由下向上、由内向外递增,可根据冷藏药品对温度的要求分层分类放置。Objective To study the variation in temperatures in the ward refrigerator at different time points and at different sites within the refrigerator, and to provide references for medicine storage and medication safety. Methods Four refrigerators in 4 wards were included, and the temperatures at different time points （8 ： 00,11 ： 00,14 ： 00,17 ： 00 and 20 ： 00） and at different sites within the refrigerator （the front right, the middle, the back left, the the back right, and the front left of each storage rack,3 racks in total, and 2 sites on the door racks） were measured and recorded. Results Temperatures measured at the same sites in different refrigera- tors of the same type had significant differences; temperatures measured at the same sites in the same refrigerators at diffe-rent time points were significantly different; temperatures measured at the same sites of different layered racks, and at different sites of the same layered racks, also showed statistical differences （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Temperatures in the ward refrigerator vary with external environment of the ward and with time, and climb up progressively from bottom up, and from inside out. Drugs which need to be refrigerated should be placed on the different layers and classified according to their temperature requirements.
