新闻发布制度推进迟滞的公关负效应

摘　　要：我国的新闻发布制度虽然已经开始推进,但存在着推进迟缓、运行不畅的问题,给政府公共关系工作带来了不良的影响,引发社会公众因信息发布不及时、不主动而产生对政府的不信任等诸多问题,进而使社会公众对政府的执政能力及清正廉洁问题等产生质疑。因此,政府工作人员必须纠正理念,认真推进新闻发布制度,努力缔造政府良好声誉,避免因忽视新闻发布而给政府公共关系工作带来的不良影响。Although the news release system in our country has already started to advance, actually owing to the government staff＇ s incorrect tmderstanding of the news release system, there still exist slow and blocking problems in executing the system. As a result these problems not only have brought a negative impact on government public relations, but also led to the mistrust of publics to government for slow information release as well as led to the unfavorable trend of public opinions for the government＇ s not taking initiative to release information. All these above mentioned things together with negative reports for hiding important information will cause publics to question the ability of government to govern the country as well as the problems of transparency and cleanness of its work. So government staff must correct their idea to advance seriously news release system, besides, they should also try their best to create good government reputation avoiding bringing bad influence on government public relations for neglecting news release.
