摘　　要：高校新教师入职是一项受到多因素影响的复杂过程,可实施"拜师制"。"拜师制"可以将师资队伍人才引进与培养并举,优化并盘活高校名师资源,使新老教师在教育实践中沟通互惠,教学相长,从而实现亚里士多德所说的"整体大于部分的简单总和"的系统效应。The induction of new-teachers in harmonious colleges is a complicated process affected by many factors, thus we can put ＂the mentoring system＂ into effect. ＂The mentoring system＂ enables the simultaneous development of the introduction and education of teaching staffs, and it also can optimize the resources of university masters. All teachers can make communication and take the benefit in the practice of education, and to achieve the effect, the whole is more than the simple sum of the parts, which Aristotle said.
