海峡两岸农业技术合作模式探析与评价

摘　　要：对两岸农业技术合作模式的制度模式、组织模式、人员交流三方面进行概述,指出现有的两岸农业技术合作模式在促进先进技术的引进、促进两岸农业贸易的发展、促进产品营销方式的转变、促进农业组织模式的转变、促进农民收入方式的转变取得的成效,并以天福集团为例,分析其产学研模式方法与成效,提出建立两岸农业经济主体之间的互动合作模式,学习天福集团的R&D模式利用校企结合培养人才,加强技术人员交流等思路。This paper summarizes the system model, organization pattern, personnel exchange of cross-strait agricultural technological cooperation models, and pointed out the achieved effects of cross-strait agricultural technological cooperation models including promoting the introduction of advanced technology, the development of cross-strait agricultural trade, the transform of product marketing mode, the transform of agricultural organization pattern, the transform of rural income way. Taking Tenfu Group as an example, this paper analyzes the methods and effects of industry-university-research cooperation, and put forward the thinking including constructing the interactive cooperation models among the economic entities, learning from the R＆D model of Tenfu Group to cultivate the talented personnel by taking the advantage of the cooperation between enterprises and universities, and enhancing the com- munication among technological experts.
