摘　　要：目的:从政府实践和学术研究两个角度探讨突发公共卫生事件网络舆情治理的发展现状。方法:文献研究。结论:在政府实践中,卫生行政管理部门越来越重视突发公共卫生事件网络舆情的管理,但其管理方式仍属于起步阶段;在学术研究领域,网络舆情正逐步成为各领域的学术热点,然而关于突发公共卫生事件网络舆情治理的研究还很有限。因此,建立科学的网络舆情预警机制,增强对突发公共卫生事件的可预见性,并在此基础上形成成熟的舆情动态调节机制。Purpose：To explore the present situation of network public opinion management about public health emergencies from government practice view and academic research perspective.Method：literature research.Conclusion：In government practice,the administrative department of health has begun to pay more attention to the management of network opinion when public health emergencies occur.In academic field,how to management network opinion is becoming a hot issue in various fields.However,the research on network public opinion management about public emergencies is still in its infancy.Therefore,how to construct a scientific network public opinion warning mechanism so as to improve the forecasting ability of government and form a sophistic dynamic moderating system based on the above warning mechanism becomes the future direction for both health administration practitioners and researchers.
